Marketing Strategy Workshop

During our one-day strategy workshop with you and your key stakeholders, we will perform a brand review or begin to develop your brand if created from scratch. We will explore your brand’s purpose, ideal audiences you want to attract and start to develop key messages to position your brand in the minds of those you want to appeal to. 

Over the next couple of weeks, outside of the workshop, we’ll perform a digital audit and provide a report with advice on how to optimise your digital presence with your objectives in mind. We will polish your brand tone of voice, provide an outline of copy-written key messages, and refresh website copy accordingly. As necessary, we’ll design or make changes to your visual branding. Finally, we will create a guide content plan to marry up optimising your digital presence by conveying your brand and appealing to your target audiences.

One-off workshop + 1-2 weeks follow up

Marketing Strategy Consultancy 

To kick start the development of your marketing strategy, we’ll complete the Marketing Strategy Workshop and outputs as outlined. Furthermore, over the course of the 2-3 month project, we’ll action quick wins that came from the digital audit, and project manage the strategic changes you need to your digital marketing infrastructure, for example, website development, SEO audit, or CRM integration. We’ll complete in-depth competitor and pricing research to advise further on the best positioning in the market. We’ll test audience assumptions for those you want to attract, to know more accurately how to target and engage. We’ll take action outputs from the brand review designing or tweaking the look and feel and refine the tone of voice of your brand. We’ll build you a KPI dashboard so you can measure and compare performance against agreed objectives going forward. Finally, we will leave you with a marketing plan for you to implement in-house.

Depending on what stage you are at with your marketing planning, all the work we do with clients starts with developing a robust marketing strategy or thoroughly reviewing plans if already in place. We give our expert guidance on how to achieve the organisation’s goals, agree on our shared KPIs and prioritise activity based on impact.

The strategy can be a one-off project, however, we offer three tiers of ongoing marketing support to deliver the plans on a monthly retainer basis, increasing in level of resource, availability and brainpower, dependent on the requirements of the client’s organisation.
